Public Missions are a way to participate in a hands-on space simulation. This 2 hour program includes a brief training session and a mission that will include activities and challenges that real NASA astronauts may encounter in space. Families, friends, and teams of co-workers are invited to the Challenger Learning Center of Kansas to participate in an exciting space-based learning environment where children, families, senior citizens, corporate teams and other community members fly simulated space flight missions involving flight crews, mission controllers and scientists. Each individual will have an opportunity to be a part of both the Mission Control and the Spacecraft team.
